My previous experience with yoga was limited to fun events with family or friends, but I didn’t have my own personal practice. In the summer of 2016 I started to get serious about yoga. I began practicing every day at home and created an Instagram account to keep track of my progress (@taylorruthyoga). Yoga has been such a blessing in my life and my hope is that sharing my experiences through this blog will be helpful to others that want to start practicing yoga on their own terms!
